Soya 25gm

Maida 25gm

Ghee 7gm

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks to make flour.

Step 2

Take gm soya flour and add gm maida to it.

Step 3

Add gm ghee, pinch of soda and Ajwain.

Step 4

Make a dough, then flaten the dough ball with rolling pin.

Step 5

Cut them in any shape you want.

Step 6

Preheat the microwave to °C, and put the raw mathri on a baking tray.

Step 7

Bake it for to minutes.
