Chicken Breast-250gm, Butter-6gm, Beans-80gms

Broccoli-40gm, Onion-100gm, Tomato-50gm, salt as per taste,

masala-pinch of turmeric, coriander and tandoori chicken masala

Method

Step 1

First heat the pan and add butter to it.

Step 2

Then saute the onion for min then add salt as per taste.

Step 3

Add chicken breast cut into pieces and saute it for min on medium flame. stir in between

Step 4

add veggies like beans and broccoli 🄦 and the masalas together and roast it for another mins

Step 5

add tomato and saute it for more minutes and your delicious and healthy lunch or dinner is ready.
