Ingredients for Gulab Pak
- › Milk 500ml
- › Paneer 100g
- › Stevia
- › Rose petals
Method
1. In a pot take mawa ( made with milk) add paneer, rose petals stevia and cook until water evaporates and becomes like a dough.
2. You can put in mould or in a square container and cut into pieces.
3. Serve 3 big piece Macros mentioned per piece
