Fish fillet
1 tsp Garlic powder
5g olive oil
Dried Rosemary/Thyme/Oregano
100g spinach
1tsp minced garlic
Marinate fish with garlic powder, oil and herbs
Let that sit for about mins
Set grill to medium/medium- high heat, if you’re hungry and impatient like I was(You may also use an oven-Preheat oven)
I used a panini press and let my fish cook for minutes. If you’re using an oven, it might take about minutes per inch thickness (of the fish)
Plate that beauty and voila!
While the fish is cooking, you may want to sauté a side of greens (I used spinach)
Toss your greens in a wok
Add minced garlic (and salt if you’d like)
Cover and let it cook for a few minutes
