Ingredients for Grilled fish fillet w/ a side of Popeye’s Power
- › Fish fillet
- › 1 tsp Garlic powder
- › 5g olive oil
- › Dried Rosemary/Thyme/Oregano
- › 100g spinach
- › 1tsp minced garlic
Method
1. Marinate fish with garlic powder, oil and herbs
2. Let that sit for about 30 mins
3. Set grill to medium/medium- high heat, if you’re hungry and impatient like I was(You may also use an oven-Preheat oven)
4. I used a panini press and let my fish cook for 7 minutes. If you’re using an oven, it might take about 10 minutes per inch thickness (of the fish)
5. Plate that beauty and voila!
6. While the fish is cooking, you may want to sauté a side of greens (I used spinach)
7. Toss your greens in a wok
8. Add minced garlic (and salt if you’d like)
9. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes
