Ingredients for Glorious Green Spinach Hummus With Soya Chips
- › 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙨 50gm soaked and cooked Chick pea (Kabuli channa) 8 gm Olive Oil 5-6 Garlic Cloves ( you can reduce as per your preference) Half lemon juice 1Green Chilli Handful of spinach leaves Salt to taste 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙤𝙮𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 50 gm Soya flour 40 gm Wheat Flour 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Red chilli flakes.
1. 𝙏𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙨 Combine all the ingredients with just a little water and blend it till smooth. Transfer it to a bowl and top it with olive oil. 𝙏𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙎𝙤𝙮𝙖 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 Knead the flour with a little warm water and keep the dough aside for 10 mins. Roll it in round shape and cut into strips with the knife. Brush some oil and Air fry it till crisp. The duration will depend on the brand of the air fryer.
