Ingredients for Ghiya raita
- › curd (dahi) 200gm
- › Ghiya
- › black pepper powder
- › black salt
- › white salt
- › bhuna jeera powder
- › dried pudina leaves
Method
1. Grate Ghiya. boil it for 10 min. Strain and squeeze out the excess water. Make curd smooth. add the masala..add ghiya...mix well..
2. serve cold.
