Ingredients for gajar (carrot) kheer
- › 1) Milk (200 ml) 2) Carrot (100 gm) 3) Mix Dryfruits (10gm) 4) Sugar-free (you can also add vanilla flavour whey to make high protein version) 5) Cardamom & saffron powder (to taste)
Method
1. 1) Grate carrots 2) Put them in a non-stick pan on medium flame. 3) Add milk 4) Let it cook for 10-15 mins or till it starts to boil. 5) Add powdered/chopped dryfruit (nuts and dates) and let it boil for some more time 6) Add cardamom and saffron powder. 7) Mix well and let it cool. 8) Serve medium hot or chilled (as per your preference)
