Ingredients for French beans Raita(farasbi chi koshimbir)
- › French beans (raw)-100 g
- › Curd -80g
- › Onion- raw - half -30 g ( chopped finely)
- › Salt
- › Stevia or erythritol
- › Cummin powder- half tsp
- › Chat masala- half tsp
- › Red chilli powder- half tsp
Method
1. Blanch French beans or steam them
2. Chop them finely in handy chopper or cut them finely Also chop onion finely ( optional)
3. Add salt ,a pinch of stevia , beaten curd , mix nicely
4. Sprinkle cumin powder, chat masala,red chilly powder
5. Enjoy with any Parathas or masala rice ,pulav
