Ingredients for #FITTRMasterchef2 Marwadi Thali
- › Bati Defatted Soya Flour 25gms Wheat flour 15 gms Baking powder 1 pinch Salt as per taste Ajwain 1/4th tsp Ghee 5ml
- › Churma Low Carb Flour 25 gms Ghee 3ml Baking powder 1 pinch Stevia 2 gms For garnishing Elaichi powder Dry fruits Kesar
- › Daal Moong Daal 5gms Chilka Daal 5gms Arhar Daal 5gms Chana Daal 5gms For Tadka Ghee 3 ml Jeera 1/4th tsp Red chilli powder 1/4th tsp Tej patta 1 laung 1 Salt As per taste Haldi 1/2tsp Hing 1 pinch Dhaniya powder 1/4th tsp Garam masala 1/4th tsp
- › Mattha Skimmed milk Curd 50gms Water as reqd Jeera powder 1/4th tsp Red chilli powder 1 pinch Dhaniya patta Salt as reqd
Method
1. For Bati 1)Mix all ingredients except Ghee and knead into a tight dough 2)Make small flattened balls and airfry for around 30 minutes in airfryer , flipping in between 3)Pour Ghee on the Batis while serving .
2. Churma 1)Mix low carb flour and baking powder and knead into a hard dough . 2)Make small flat balls from it and keep in airfryer for about 30 minutes on 170deg . 3) Keep turning the balls in every 5 minutes for even cooking . 4)Remove from air fryer and keep for cooling once they are done 5)Break the balls into small pieces and churn in a mixer . 6) Heat 3gms ghee in a kadhaai and roast the churma mixture for 3-4 minutes until you get a crunchy texture. Step7 :Mix Sweetner ,Kesar and elaichi powder and transfer in a serving dish. Step7 :Garnish with dry fruits(optional)
3. Daal 1)Mix all Daal , wash and soak for an hour 2)Pressure cook or Boil Daal in a topiya along with haldi and salt. 3)Once Daal is cooked add Dhaniya powder and garam masala and churn the Daal with a Daal ghotni 4)Heat ghee , add jeera,hing,Tej patta laung and red chilli powder and add to Daal 5)Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot .
4. Mattha 1)Add curd,water , salt, jeera powder and red chilli powder and churn well . 2)Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
5. Serve all items together with accompaniments such as red chilli pickle, lehsun ki chutney,dhaniya chutney , onions and green chillies.
