Ingredients for #FITTRMasterchef Airfried crispy sabudana vada (zero oil)
- › sabudana 100gm
- › peanut roasted 20gm
- › jeera powder 5gm
- › kashmiri red chilli 5gm
- › salt as per taste
- › for chutney dahi 20gm
- › mint 5gm
- › salt and green chilli as per taste
- › dhaniya nimbu and mirchi for garnish
Method
1. wash sago well and soak for 4 hrs ..do not overfill upto the sago to prevent mushy
2. after 4 hrs strain water
3. grind peanut(coarse) add in sago
4. add redchilli powder and zeera powder
5. add salt
6. milx well with ur hands
7. make a patty according to ur size
8. keep in airfryer 170 degree Celsius for 10 min
9. after 10 min flip the patty or wada
10. check for crispyness u can keep for 2 min more for more crisp
11. for dahi chatni =mixer jar add dahi salt mirch and mint grind
12. enjoy ur hot wada with chilled dahi chatni
