Ingredients for Egg fry
- › Boiled eggs 2 cut into half
- › Onion small 1 cut into small pieces
- › Oil 7gms
- › Red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder,Salt as per Taste
- › Curry leaves,Cumin and mustard seeds
Method
1. In pan add 7 gms of oil once it's heat add cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves
2. Once it's spluttered add onion and saute until soft
3. Now add cut eggs and add salt, chilli powder, Turmeric Saute for 7 mins
4. serve hot with Rice
