Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice
- › Rice: 50 gm
- › Eggs: 3 whole
- › Onion: 200 gm
- › Carrot: 200 gm
- › Capsicum: 200 gm
- › Ghee: 10 gms
- › Spices, as per taste: Salt, pepper, garam masala
Method
1. 1. Boil 50 gms of rice and keep aside.
2. 2. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, pepper and garam masala and mix it.
3. 3. Take a pan, add 5 gms ghee and add the eggs and scramble them (make bhurji) and remove from pan.
4. 4. Add 5gms ghee and add veggies to the pan and sautu00e9 them.
5. 5. Then add the scrambled eggs and boiled rice to the pan.
6. 6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and mix well.
7. 7. Egg fried rice is ready to serve.
