Ingredients for Egg chicken pizza
- › 1. Whole eggs - 4 2. olive oil - 10gm 3. Milk - 100ml 4. All purpose flour - 15gm 5. Mozzarella cheese - 60gm 6. chicken breast - 100gm 7. Sliced one small onion, color full bell pepper 8. Salt to taste, one tsp black pepper, one tsp Red chilli powder and one tsp Oregano.
Method
1. 1. Boil three whole egg to soft boil only and after it cool down, cut into two pieces. 2. Boil 100gm chicken in water and after it cool down, shred in small pieces. 3. Heat pan, add 10gm olive oil or any cooking oil of your choice, Add slices of onion, Bell pepper or any other vegetables of your choice. 4. Saute these vegetables till translucent, and then add shredded chicken pieces and saute till two minutes. 5. In a sma bowl add 100ml milk, break one whole egg add pinch of salt and whisk till everything gets mixed properly. 6. Add this milk egg mixture over the fried vegetables and chicken and after a minute start placing boiled egg piece over the the mixture. 7. Add salt to taste, black pepper and oregano on top. 8. Now finally add shredded mozzarella cheese over the whole eggs and in between the eggs and cover it till all cheese gets melt. 9. Enjoy your delicious egg chicken pizza 😋😃
