Ingredients for Egg Appe
- › 2 Eggs
- › 25 ml Milk
- › Salt
- › Chilly Powder
- › Turmeric Powder
- › Herbs of Choice
- › 2 gms Ghee
Method
1. Start with mixing all ingredients with milk other than for eggs and ghee so that spices blend properly with milk
2. Add eggs and mix the ingredients well
3. Heat Appe pan and brush ghee onto it
4. Pour the prepared batter and cover with lid
5. Let it cook for 30-45 seconds and then turn it upside down
6. Cook for another 30-45 seconds and Egg Appe are ready to serve
