1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup cahews
1/4 cup raisins
7 to 8 dates chopped
2 to 3 dried chopped figs
5 tbps canola pil
1 pinch saffron
2.5 cup chilled milk
Rinse all the dry fruits and soak almonds, cashew, raisins, figs and dates in hot water for around mins
Once soft, add all the dry fruits to a blender along with / cup milk
Grind them to a semi solid paste
Add the remaining milk and blend together
Pour in glass and top with saffron before serving
