Ingredients for Double Cheese Open Sandwich
- › Bread slices: 2/50 gm
- › Cheese slices: 4/100 gm
- › Vegetables: 100 gm
- › Oregano: As required
- › Chilli flakes: As required
Method
1. 1. Toast the bread slices.
2. 2. Put one cheese slice on the bread.
3. 3. Lay the chopped vegetables on the cheese slice.
4. 4. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes as preferred.
5. 5. Put another cheese slice on top of the vegetables.
6. 6. Repeat the process for both the bread slices
7. 7. Put the bread slices in the oven and cook until cheese melts.
8. 8. You can also heat them on the tawa. Cook with lid on until cheese melts.
