Ingredients for Dal paratha
- › Yellow Moong dal - 30g
- › Wheat flour - 50g
- › Oil - 10g
- › Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
- › Spices - red chilli, coriander, cumin, turmeric powder, salt as per taste
- › Green chillies - 2
- › Coriander leaves
Method
1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cooked moong dal, spices, ginger and coriander. Cook till the dal gets thick and set it aside to cool down 2.Add cooked dal mixture and atta to a bowl and knead it. Set the dough aside for 5-10 minutes. 3. Cook the paratha on the tawa till it turns golden brown by applying oil to the sides.
