Ginger garlic
100 g curd
10 g ghee
75 g tomato
Salt
Chop Bhindi and keep it aside.
In a heated pan , add butter , then add jeera. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
Now add tomato purée.
Add Dry spices and mix well, till it leaves the oil.
Now add curd and cook it well.
Now add bhindi , salt and cover the lid and cook it for mins or until it’s done.
Add Garam masala / kitchen king Masala.
Serve Hot
