Ingredients for dahi aloo with rice
- › rice 50gm
- › boiled potato 100 gm
- › curd 100gm
- › chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder
- › oil
- › salt to taste
Method
1. heat oil in pan add boiled potato
2. add chilli turmeric coriander powder & salt
3. add curd
4. cook it on low flame for 2 min
5. serve with steamed rice
