- › Soya chunks 40 gms
- › Yogurt 50 gms
- › Red chilly powder
- › Salt
- › Coriander leaves
1. 1. Roast Soya chunks ( don’t wash them prior)on low till it turn brown.
2. 2. In one bowl take yogurt, add pinch of red chilly powder, salt and then add soya chunks
3. 3. Finally add coriander for garnishing.
