boil the chicken breast and make it into smaller pieces (cubes, slices) . set aside. can be done a night before too. I used the leftovers of last night
boil the pasta with a pinch of salt. drain and set aside
take the hung add all the spices mentioned or spices of your choice oregano makes it better keep it aside for mins
take a pan , heat gm butter
add onions and saute for secs
add tomatoes and capsicum ,chicken, saute till cooked
add salt as per taste. turn off the flame let it cool for a while (till u mix the boiled pasta and curd)
add the spice mixed hung curd into the pasta mix properly and add the sauteed vegetables and chicken give a good mix
check salt and add as per taste
