Ingredients for corn pulao
- › rice 30gm
- › corn 15gm
- › ghee 10gm
- › curd 30gm
- › coconut milk 50 ml(optional)
- › black pepper, cloves ,garam masala
- › veggies of your choice, capsicum, Onion, corn
Method
1. add ghee, black pepper, cloves , jeera , add onion , capsicum, corn, add washed basmati rice, coconut milk (optional) , water , garam masala ,salt to taste, 2-3 whistle and you are done
2. for raita , curd, mint leaves, coriander salt
