Ingredients for Coffee-Infused Overnight Proats
- › Traditional rolled Oats : 45 g
- › Chia Seeds : 15 g
- › Vanilla Whey Protein Powder : 20 g
- › Almond Milk : 100 ml
- › Double Shot Espresso coffee : 2 cups
- › Banana : 100 g
- › Maple Syrup : 15 ml
- › Coffee Beans : 5 g
1. In a jar, add oats, coffee, almond, milk, protein powder and chia seeds.
2. Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake.
3. Re-open the jar and add the sliced banana, a small amount of coffee beans and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.
4. Put the lid back on the jar and place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight.
