Chowli - 150 grams (dry)
Tomatoes - 250 grams - Paste
Onion - 100 grams - Paste
Salt - 1 tsp (add according to taste), Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp, Garam Masala - 1 tsp, Amchur Powder - 1 tsp, Jeera powder - half tsp, Ginger garlic paste - half tsp, Dhaniya powder - 1.5 tsp, Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp, Turmeric powder - half tsp, Hing/Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Fresh coriander
Boil the soaked chowli with half tsp of salt.
Add the tomato, onion paste and let them cook, add all the spices as mentioned in the ingredients.
Let the masalas cook for a few minutes in the tomato and onion paste.
Add the chowli and mix it all well, dry the chowli masala as per the consistency of your liking.
