Ingredients for Chilli Tofu
- › Tofu -250grams
- › Maida - 15grams
- › Oil - 5 grams
- › Soya Sauce - 5grams
- › Ketchup - 15grams
- › Chilli Sauce - 10 grams
1. Wash and cut tofu into small cubes. Use paper towels to remove excess water
2. Dust Tofu cubes with maida and make sure it coats well
3. Add oil to nonstick pan and let maida coated tofu cook for 10-15mins till golden brown
4. mix all sauces together and pour on cooked Tofu. Let it cook for another 5-10mins. Add salt, pinch of sugar.
5. Season with spring onions.
6. One can add more fibre rich veggies, Peanuts as per macros and taste
