Ingredients for chilli soya
- › soya -40gm rice flour-20gm bell pepper-20gm onion-20gm spring onion-20gm oil-15gm soya sauce-1tbsp chilli sauce-1tsp vinegar-1tsp salt and white pepper - to taste
1. 1. soak soya in boiling water , drain water and keep aside. 2. Add rice glour to soya and shallow fry or air fry in 10ml oil. 3. In pan take remaining 5ml oil to saute onion and bell pepper . 4 . Add all sauces to the above mixture. 5. Add soya that was shadow fried. 6. Add all seasonings . 7. serve hot with rice or noodles
