Ingredients for CHILLI PANEER #FITTRMasterchef
- › Paneer 100 gm
- › Capsicum 70gm
- › Onion 40gm
- › Tomato 50 gm
- › Butter 5 gm
- › Coriander leaves
- › Fresh chilli ( As per taste)
- › Ginger raw 5 gm
- › Garlic 5gm
- › Salt ( As per taste)
- › Paneer masala powder ( As per taste)
- › Water
Method
1. 1 - Chops the ingredients, paneer, capsicum, onion, chilli, coriander, tomatoes, ginger, garlic.
2. 2- Pre heat the pan at medium flame & add 5 gm butter leave for 1 minute.
3. 3- Add the paneer & Saute for 3 minutes.
4. 4- Add chopped ginger and garlic mixed it for 1 minute
5. 5- Add chopped chilli , tomatoes , capsicum & onion mix it for 1 min.
6. 6- Add salt & paneer masala as par your taste mixed it for 1 minutes.
7. 7- Then add 1 tablespoon water & mixed it for 3 minutes.
8. 8- Now your Chilli Paneer is ready to eat.
