Ingredients for Chilli Cheese Toast
- › Milk, low fat: 10 ml
- › Bread: 2 slice
- › Cheese cubes: 2 pieces or 50 gm
- › Butter: 8 gm
- › Paneer: 20 gm
- › Corn: 15 gm
- › Capsicum: 10 gm
- › Onion: 20 gm
- › Garlic: 1-2 pods
- › Green chilli: 1
- › Orgeno: 1/4 tsp
- › Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp
- › Salt & pepper: To taste
Method
1. 1. In a bowl, mix together softened butter, finely chopped garlic, green chillies, coriander and oregano powder.
2. 2. Microwave grated cheese cubes along with milk for 15-25 seconds.
3. 3. Spread the garlic butter on bread, followed by chopped vegetables, crumbled paneer and top it with melted cheese spread.
4. 4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
5. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes (all ovens have different temperatures, so adjust accordingly) till you see the cheese turning brown.
6. PS: Please switch the bottom rod halfway through to avoid getting burnt toast from the bottom.
