Ingredients for Chickpeas Sundal
- › 50g Chickpeas
- › Mustered seeds
- › Cumin seeds
- › 1 spoon Grated coconut
- › Red chilli powder
- › Salt
1. Add 1/2 tablespoons oil to pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
2. Add overnight soaked and cooked chickpeas stir fry for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
3. Add grated coconut, salt and red chilli stir fry for 5 minutes
4. Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander and onion
