Ingredients for Chickpea Paneer Cheese Balls
- › Chickpeas - 30 grams
- › Paneer - 50 grams
- › Cheese - 25 grams
- › Ginger
- › Spices - chilli powder, amchur powder and salt to taste
Method
1. Soak chickpeas overnight
2. Grind chickpeas with ginger
3. Grate the paneer and add it to the grinded chickpeas
4. Add spices
5. Make the balls and add cheese in the balls
6. Shallow fry these balls
7. Serve it with tomato or mint chutney
