Ingredients for chicken wrap
- › 160gm chicken breast
- › 65gm curd (30 gm to marinate and rest 35gm for the filling)
- › veggies (20gm capsicum and 18gm onions)
- › 35gm wheat flour
- › 25gm soya chunk flour
- › 7gm ghee
- › 10gm ketchup
- › spices to marinate chicken (salt,red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, Maggi masala and chicken masala)
Method
1. marinate chicken breast by adding all the spices into curd and rest it for atleast 1 hr
2. meanwhile set a dough using wheat flour and soya chunks flour (i grinded soya chunks in mixer to get soya flour) using warm water to get a soft dough
3. now add ghee in a pan and cook marinated chicken breast for atleast 15 mins on low medium flame (and keep tossing the chicken in between)
4. now make thin chapati like tortilla
5. once the chicken is cooked,add that into a seperate bowl and agg veggies into it
6. now for filling add 35gm rest curd along with 10gm ketchup into the same bowl and mix chicken and veggies all together
7. now place a chapati on a flat surface and add that chicken veggies filling into it and roll the chapati and secure it with toothpick to make a perfect wrap.
8. I made 3 wrap out of this quantity and believe me it was the yummiest rolls that i have tried and is in my diet too. enjoy 👍
