Boneless chicken - 200 grams
Hung curd (Thick curd) - 50 grams
Butter - 15 grams
Salt, pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, elaichi
Chop the chicken into cubes or small pieces
In a bowl mix tsp of salt, tsp red chilli powder, half tsp garam masala, tsp coriander powder, tsp ginger garlic paste, half tsp pepper, . table spoon kasuri methi, melted butter, a little bit of elaichi (crushed) and yoghurt
Mix all the ingredients together, add the chicken to this mix and marinate or well for an hour
Take a non stick pan or if you have a grill then you could do it on that also, cook the chicken well until nice and red
