Ingredients for Chicken Stew
- › Chicken: 100 gm
- › Lemon juice: 5 ml
- › Ginger-garlic paste: 10 gm
- › Black pepper powder: 5 gm
- › Cardamom: 2
- › Cloves: 2
- › Onion: 40 gm
- › Chilli: 2
- › Butter: 5 gm
- › Salt: As per taste
- › Seasonal veggies: 100 gm
- › Hot water: As required
Method
1. 1. Melt butter in a pan, add the whole spices and onions. Fry for 7-8 mins.
2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and stir for another 5 minutes.
3. 3. Now add the veggies, chillies, chicken and stir well for another 5 minutes.
4. 4. Add the salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice.
5. 5. Add hot water, cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
