Chicken legs -200gms
Curd -10gms
Oil -5gms
Ginger garlic paste -1 1/2 Tbdp
salt, pepper, haldi as per taste
peri peri masala - as per spiciness level
garam masala-1/2tsp
Red chilli powder -1tsp
lemon -1/2
Marinate chicken with above ingredients and leave them over night preferably or atleast hour
make big slits in the chicken so that masala can enter well
Since I made it in electric grill I had to brush only gms oil
In case making it in pan increase oil, once tawa or pan is hot add chicken to it cook on high flame for mins each side then reduce the flame and add little water and cook with lid on, this is the secret to tender restaurant style soft chicken
