Ingredients

Boneless Chicken 150 grams

Macaroni (used bambino brand) 75 grams

Oil/ ghee 10 grams

1 amul cheese cube

1 onion

1 capsicum

10 grams chilli sauce

20 grams tomato ketchup

5 grams soy sauce

Method

Step 1

Take the boneless chicken and cut them into small bite size pieces. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper and put the chicken in fridge for - minutes.

Step 2

In a pan add cups of water and macaroni and cook the macaroni for minutes or until the macaroni is cooked properly. After the macaroni is done strain the water and wash the macaroni with cold water for times. Strain all the water and keep the macaroni aside.

Step 3

Take non stick pan, heat grams of oil and put the marinated chicken. Stir fry the chicken for mins or until the chicken is cooked properly. Do not overcook it or it will feel chewy. After the chicken is cooked take it out in a bowl and keep it aside with the macaroni.

Step 4

Take the same pan and grams of oil again. Once heated put - finely chopped garlic and stir them for seconds on high heat. After that put some sliced capsicum and onions into the pan. Add pinch of salt and sauté them for mins. In the sautéed vegetables add grams of chilli sauce, grams of soy sauce & grams of tomato ketchup. Put the cooked chicken in the pan and give them all a good mix. Now add the boiled macaroni on top of the chicken & veggies and put the remaining chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and add some pasta masala or maggi masala with some salt according to taste. Mix all of them together nicely. Garnish with cheese cube and serve hot. Hope you like the recipe.
