Boil Chicken and shred using hand
Add mashed boiled potato and panner to shredded chicken Form a dough like consistency and add salt
Create small portion and make kofta
Put gm butter in nonstick pan and put all koftas
Let them cook for min each side with covered pan and keep aside
Grate tomatos to make puree
Put tomato puree in same pan without butter
Add curd,salt and masala and cook for - minutes
Add cooked kofta into the gravy and stir for few seconds
Put veggies in pan and add cooked rice for making vegetable rice
