Ingredients for chicken curry (Delhi style)
- › boneless chicken breast-fillet
- › onions
- › ginger-garlic paste
- › tomato pure'd
Method
1. at high flame stir chicken onion ginger garlic chillies black pepper and bay leaf (1 med size onion) in 15gm ghee
2. add salt to taste, Shan chicken jalfrezi masala, and kasoori methi.
3. add freshly pureed tomatoes (2 tomatoes)
4. sauté, stir
5. let it cook in low flame till oil separates
