Ingredients for Chicken Chilli Ghee Roast
- › Chicken boneless - 200gm
- › Onion - 50gm
- › Red Chilli - 15gm
- › Curry leaves - 5 nos
- › Ghee - 5gm
Method
1. 1. Roast the chicken on a non stick pan till half cooked and keep it aside (Without oil or ghee)
2. 2. Keep the chilli soaked in water for sometime and grind it in a mixer with curry leaves, corriander powder and onion. Make a thick paste
3. 3. Heat non stick pan and add ghee onto it, pour the masala paste on the pan and roast it until the raw flavour subsides
4. 4. Add half cooked chicken and roast it on medium flame till all the masala properly sticks on the chicken.
5. Note : Add chilli powder as per your taste if the raw chilli is not spicy enough
