120gm boneless chicken
50gm onion
5 ml ghee
5gm cashewnuts
Green chillies
Cut chicken into small pieces and then marinate chicken with salt, pepper and lime juice for mins.
In a pan or cooker, add ghee, green chillies, chopped onions, marinated chicken and stir well.
Add salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, little roasted jeera masala and adjust water as per your preference.
Now add the oats and mix well. Stir nicely
In another pan, dry roast broken cashews
Serve the porridge in a plate/Bowl and add drops of lime juice, peri peri powder (optional) and add the roasted cashews. Enjoy it hot!
