chilli flakes, salt, Italian seasoning as per taste
Heat pan with gm butter, once it's hot add the wheat flour and fry till the raw flavour is gone don't burn it
Next add in the milk and whisk it well to not form lumps
Add salt and pepper, also add boiled chopped spinach and corn and mix well
add grated cheese to above mixture till it forms a creamy mixture
spread gm butter on the bread slices, add the filling and toast well.
