Red/green amaranth leaves/ green veggies-100 g
Eggs-2
Ghee/butter/oil -3 g
Cheese slice -1
Ginger garlic paste
Chopped green chillis
Salt
Any other dry spices/ seasoning of your choice
Onion-50 g ( optional)
Clean and chop red amaranth leaves/green veggies
Beat eggs , add salt and spices , chopped onion, chopped veggies
Heat a nonstick pan and brush oil/ butter/ghee
Mix the egg + veggies mixture and spread like a chilla/omelette
Flip and turn , and cook the other side
Remove and fold in half
Add cheese slice when it is still hot while folding to have that melted cheese effect Enjoyyyy
