Ingredients for Cheesy Corn Paneer
- › Cheese slice - 1
- › Paneer - 80 gms
- › Sweet corn - 50 gms
- › Butter - 10 gms
- › Onion - 50 gms (Finely chopped)
- › Salt - As per taste
- › Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- › Red chilli powder - As per taste
- › Sabji Masala
Method
1. Sauté the onion in butter
2. Once the onion is pink, add the corn and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
3. Add all the spices and grated paneer, mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
4. Cut the cheese slice into small pieces and add to the dish. Let it cook till the cheese melts!
5. SERVE
