Ingredients for cheese soya pocket!
- › Soya granules 25g
- › Bell pepper 20g
- › Mozzarella cheese 50g
- › Italian herbs
- › Salt
- › Chilli flakes
- › Pizza pasta sauce 1/2 tsp
- › Wheat flour 20g
1. Knead a dough of wheat flour and powdered chunks
2. Roll a roti and spread pizza pasta sauce,sprinkle some cheese and arrange bell pepper over it .Sprinkle some salt,herbs,chilli flakes and rest of the cheese.
3. Fold the roti to make square pocket or u can even seal it as momo
4. If sealing as momo then bake or air fry Today I folded as square and cooked on hot tawa
5. It will take hardly 10 mint to get ready!
