Ingredients for cheese loaded soya pizza
- › soya flour- 30gms wheat flour-20 gms paneer -30 gms mozzarella cheese- 25 gms olive oil-5ml
1. Mix soya flour and wheat flour with some salt then make a dough out of it. Grease the pan and spread the dough uniformly. if you want you can spread some pizza sauce. Then add veggies of your choice and put paneer cubes. Finally spread cheese. Cover the pan cook for 10 minutes. Or you can also bake it in a preheated microwave for 4-5 minutes.
