Cauliflower florets 100gms
Egg 1
Bread slice 1 (air fry it and make bread crumbs)
Cheese cube 25gms
Basil
Crushed Garlic 2-3 pods
Roasted garlic and pink salt powder
Salt as required
Clean the florets and soak in salt water for mins
Add the washed florets to hot water and cook till just soft but not mushy.
Drain all the water and place the florets in cutting board.
Chop them finely. (should not become mushier)
Take the chopped florets in a bowl. Add egg, bread crumbs, grated cheese, crushed garlic and other spices as per taste. Mix well with a spoon.
Keep the mixture in refrigerator for -mins.
Make the mixture into small cylindrical shapes.(roughly will get - pieces)
Air fry them at C for -mins.
Serve warm with tzatziki sauce. (home made with hung yogurt and the necessary spices to it)
