Grind the cauliflower to rice like consistency. Take a pan, heat olive oil. After oil is heated, add in cumin seeds/jeera, after it sputters add in peas, fry for min, then add the cauliflower rice and fry it till done. Don't overcook the rice, since it will be soggy. That's all, enjoy. Serve hot as a replacement for rice in a Ketogenic or low carb diet.
