1/2 Onion (medium sized)/ Pyaz
Coriander/Dhania - 5 twigs
Garlic - 2 cloves or more if you like it
Ginger - Small cube
Green Chilli - 1/2 (or more if you like it spicier)
1 tsp water
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients together and grind them to a paste (chutney consistency). Viola you are done! Can be enjoyed as a dip with anything!
