Ingredients for Butter paneer masala😋(no oil cooking)
- › paneer-100g curd-100g Tomato-70g chopped onion-70g chopped ginger- half inch garlic chopped green chilli chopped coriander powder-half tsp haldi- 1/4th tsp red chilli pow- half tsp garam masala- 1/4th tsp kasuri methi- 1tsp pinch of sugar(optional)
1. heat pan ,add all chopped veggies and saute. cool the mixture and blend in mixer,make puree.
2. heat the pan ,add that puree, saute fr a while ,add dry masalas, and blended curd. keep stirring till it leaves oil. Add pinch of sugar,paneer cubes and crushed kasuri methi. let it cook for 2-3 min and garnish with coriander leaves.
