Curd - 40
Black chick peas - 50 g ( soaked and boiled)
Potato - 50 g ( boiled and grated)
Powdered rice / rice flour - 10 g
Oil - 5 g
Baking soda and powder - 1/8 tsp each
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
Vegetables of you choice
Mayonnaise- 1 tsp ( optional)
A) Steps for making bun -
Mix baking powder and soda in oil
Mix flour, curd , / tsp salt and above mixture. Add required water to make soft dough . Flatten the dough with fingers to make a shape of burger bun
Bake it in a preheated oven for around - min at C. This time may vary based on type of flour and consistency of dough.
B) Steps for making tikki -
Grind boiled chick peas and add potato, chilli flakes, salt & rice flour. Mix everything together
Divide the dough in parts
Bake them at C for min and then at c for - min until crisp from outside
C) Get your food ready. -
Cut the bun into half and toast it for - min on a greased pan
