Ingredients for Brown bread veg sandwich
- › Brown bread slices - 4
- › Paneer - Grated 20gm
- › Carrot - Grated 10 gm
- › Red bell pepper- 4 julians chopped
- › Yellow bell pepper- 4 julians chopped
- › Capsicum - 4 julians chopped
- › Diet mayo- 20 GMs
- › Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- › Himalayan salt- to taste
Method
1. 1) In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers. 2) Add diet Mayo, salt and black pepper powder. 3) Mix well and place the filling on slices of bread. 4) Assemble the sandwich and dry roast on seasoned pan. Tasty, filling sandwich is ready.
